It is 1:46 according to my task bar and I've been trying to write down the key notes from each lesson from my MGT200 class. That way I won't have to read off a computer screen to study. But this is taking longer than I had expected T.T
Today I met up with a buddy for a day of hanging out downtown. We started off our time by going to Ryerson so I can print and hand in that damn 12 page assignment, I don't see the reason in making students send in the report electronically and making them come to school to hand in a hard copy, seriously not convenient at all! So after Ryerson, we headed straight to Queen St. W, where I hastily went straight to Steve's Music Store. As I got there I went straight to the guitar section in search for any Fender Jazzmaster available. I ended up playing an American made one, with sunburst paint job, man it such a beautiful guitar. Even better that it had such a sweet sound, I loved it! I felt a connection with it, too bad it was $1000 =\ The guy who was helping me was like in love with that guitar and actually taught me a few things or two about the model. He said that it was his favourite guitar and little did you know (my friend pointed this out) on the back of the price tag it said "Best guitar ever." I can only wonder who wrote that...
So after playing for countless minutes, the guy kind have told me to stop playing in a indirect way LOL. But my time at the store was not done, as I was in search for an effect pedal for my bass. I tried out the Boss Bass OverDrive pedal and it was sickkkk, I bought that shit right away. Now I am broke and owe my credit card at lesat $200... Well worth it.
Afterwards, me and my buddy had lunch at Korean Grill House. It was really empty! Me and him were the only ones there. Sadly we did not pig out as much this time around maybe it was because of the boring atmosphere cause by a vacant restaurant. My friend went to the art store afterwards to buy some art supplies, I swear everytime I'm in that store I find it hard to breathe.
And that was the end of our day, we both headed home to call it a day. There you go!
